Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 June 2026

CutStaff LTD ("CutStaff", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the State of Delaware, United States, operates the website cutstaff.io (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we use and share it, and the rights you have. We act as the data controller for the personal data described below.

If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected].

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the free AI audit form, book a call, or contact us, we may collect: your name, email address, role/job title, company name or website, and the business information you choose to share (e.g. team size, tools used, tasks and bottlenecks you describe).

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site we may collect: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring URL, and campaign parameters (UTM tags). This is collected through server logs and analytics cookies.

Scheduling. When you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the information needed to schedule the meeting (such as name, email and selected time).

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

2. How we use your information

We use personal data to:

  • respond to audit requests, schedule calls and communicate with you;
  • provide, operate and improve our services and the Site;
  • send relevant follow-ups about your enquiry;
  • maintain security, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal bases (EU/UK GDPR)

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (e.g. analytics cookies, where required); our legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry, securing and improving the Site); and the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process data on our behalf, under appropriate agreements, including:

  • Email delivery — to send and receive correspondence about your enquiry;
  • Calendly — meeting scheduling;
  • Google Analytics — Site usage measurement;
  • Cloudflare — content delivery, security and performance;
  • Hosting infrastructure — to operate the Site.

We may also disclose data where required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer.

5. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics (GA4), to understand how the Site is used and to measure marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above — typically for the duration of our communications and a reasonable period afterwards — and then delete or anonymise it, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

7. International transfers

CutStaff LTD is based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the US and elsewhere. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. Under GDPR/UK GDPR you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Under the CCPA/CPRA (California), you may request to know, delete, or correct your data, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — note we do not sell personal data.

To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, least-privilege access and audit logging — to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
