These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website cutstaff.io (the "Site") operated by CutStaff LTD ("CutStaff", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the State of Delaware, United States. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site and our services

The Site provides information about CutStaff's AI automation services and tools, including a free AI audit request form and an ROI calculator. Use of the Site does not by itself create a client relationship. Any engagement (audit, build or run services) is governed by a separate written agreement between you and CutStaff; in the event of a conflict, that agreement prevails over these Terms.

2. Free AI audit and estimates

The free AI audit, the ROI calculator and any figures, ranges or "savings" shown on the Site are estimates for general guidance only. They are not a quote, a promise of results, or professional advice, and actual outcomes depend on your specific circumstances. The exact scope and pricing of any work are confirmed in a written proposal.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully or in breach of these Terms; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site; scrape or harvest data except as expressly permitted; or submit false, infringing or malicious content through our forms.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos and the CutStaff name — are owned by CutStaff LTD or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own informational purposes; you may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from it without our permission, except where the law allows.

The Site embeds and links to third-party services (for example, Calendly for scheduling). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CutStaff LTD and its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CutStaff LTD from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
